To ensure the quality of single-use sterile dressings, it is essential to implement strict controls across multiple aspects, including raw material procurement, production process control, quality testing, packaging and storage/transportation, and personnel management. The following are specific measures:

I. Raw Material Procurement and Management 
Strictly screen suppliers: Choose raw material suppliers with a good reputation, standardized production practices, and appropriate qualifications. Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations of suppliers to ensure that their production processes and quality control systems meet the required standards.

Factory Inspection: Each batch of raw materials must undergo rigorous inspection upon arrival at the factory. The inspection covers various parameters, including the appearance, physical properties, and chemical properties of the raw materials—for example, fiber fineness and strength of nonwoven fabrics, as well as the adhesiveness and biocompatibility of adhesives. In addition, microbial testing is performed on the raw materials to ensure they are sterile and free of pyrogens.

II. Production Process Control 
Environmental Management: Establish cleanrooms that meet standards and control the temperature, humidity, and air cleanliness of the workshop. The cleanroom used for manufacturing disposable sterile dressings should achieve a cleanliness level of Class 10,000 or higher to minimize dust and microorganisms in the air. Regularly clean and disinfect the workshop to prevent contamination.

Equipment Maintenance: Production equipment should undergo regular maintenance and upkeep to ensure its proper operation and precision. Key equipment must be calibrated and validated to guarantee the stability of the production process. For example, glue-applying equipment must ensure uniform adhesive application, while cutting equipment must ensure accurate dimensions.

Process Optimization: Optimize production process parameters, such as glue application amount, drying temperature, and drying time, to ensure consistent product quality. Through experimentation and data analysis, identify optimal production process conditions to enhance product performance and quality.

III. Quality Inspection 
Online Inspection: Install online inspection equipment on the production line to monitor product quality in real time. For example, use optical sensors to detect visual defects in patches, such as holes or impurities; and employ tensile testers to evaluate the adhesion of adhesives.

Sampling Inspection: Regularly conduct sampling inspections on manufactured products. Inspection items include microbiological indicators, physical properties, and chemical properties. Compare the inspection results with national standards and enterprise standards to ensure that the products meet the required specifications. For products that fail inspection, carry out traceability and analysis to identify the root causes of the issues and take appropriate corrective measures to improve product quality.

Retained Sample Monitoring: Retain samples of each batch of products and periodically test their quality changes over a specified period to promptly identify any potential quality issues.

IV. Packaging, Storage, and Transportation 
Packaging Materials: Select packaging materials that meet the required specifications, ensuring they have excellent sealing and barrier properties to effectively prevent microbial contamination and product spoilage.

Packaging process: The packaging process must be carried out in a clean environment to prevent contamination. Conduct a sealing inspection on the packaged products to ensure that the packaging is intact and undamaged.

Storage conditions: The product should be stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight and humidity. Control the storage temperature and humidity according to the product’s specific characteristics and requirements.

Transportation Requirements: During transportation, appropriate protective measures must be taken to prevent the product from being subjected to impacts, compression, or contamination. Ensure that the temperature and humidity of the transportation environment meet the specified requirements.

V. Personnel Management 
Training and Education: Provide specialized training to production personnel to familiarize them with production processes, quality standards, and operating procedures. Regularly organize training sessions and assessments to enhance employees' quality awareness and operational skills.

Health Management: Production personnel must undergo regular health checkups. Individuals diagnosed with infectious diseases or other conditions that could affect product quality are prohibited from working. Before entering the workshop, employees must go through a rigorous procedure involving changing clothes, washing hands, and disinfecting.
